Returns & Exchanges

We're bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt for most items in new condition(clean, no smell).

1. Please contact Customer Service, indicating the item(s) you would like to return and the reason. We will get back to you within 24 hours. Your patience will be highly appreciated.

2. After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned.

3. Drop off your package at the local post office. Please pay attention on receiver name, must write our Phone Number on package.

4. Most returns are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We'll issue the refund to your Teebee Balance if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

●Return Conditions

1. You have 30 days to decide if an item is right for you, if you would like to return or exchange the item please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, lingeri, jewelry, and accessories (except scarves, bags, and mermaid blankets).

3. Returned items must be in their unused condition with the original packing. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.

4. Items with non-returnable marks and free gifts cannot be returned.

5. We do not accept returned items that have been sent back without proper returns requests.

6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.

7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of non-SHEIN products .

Note: The original shipping fee and Shipping Guarantee are non-refundable.

●Return Address

If you wish to return the items to the nearest return address, please contact us and our customer service representative will get back to you within 24 hours.

○Note: Please do not send your return to the address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.

○Note: Due to large quantities of shipments on Black Friday, there will be a one-week delay in the return process. Please be patient and we apologize for the inconvenience.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

●Refund & Cancellation Policy
  • Orders in progress (either in preparation or being delivered) and same-day orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Same-day orders that are not possible due to stock availability or geographic location of the recipient may be processed on the next available delivery date.
  • Orders that are not currently in progress may be cancelled on request and at ("us", "we", or "our") discretion. A processing fee of up to 50% may be charged
  • If a delivery has been attempted unsuccessfully and requires a second or subsequent delivery to be made, an additional delivery fee will apply. Instances including but not limited to the following may result in an unsuccessful delivery: recipient is not available or located at the address provided, incorrect recipient information was provided, no safe location was found on premise to leave the product, recipient address is not apparent and additional instruction is required to locate the physical address. Re-delivery is scheduled on the next available delivery date as soon as the customer has provided us permission to charge an additional delivery fee onto their credit card. Customer may choose to have the order cancelled but will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full price of the arrangement including the delivery fee.
  • Quality complaint, no delivery complaint or refund request must be received by us within 3 days from the final product delivery date using the feedback form. An investigation will be carried out with each valid complaint and a response communicated as soon as possible. If proof of delivery or additional supporting document is required this may take up to 14 days.
  • We accept no responsibility or liability for any failure or delay on the part of any third party in providing order fulfilment services to you where your order has been properly processed by it; where we are liable to you under these terms and conditions its liability will be limited to providing the relevant order again or to refunding money paid in relation to servics not provided; the options offered here are to be at the sole discretion of us.
  • Where a refund is applicable, we will process such proven requests within 14 days. Refunds are paid back by cheque to your mailing address for the order (and in the same currency) used for the order. The turnaround time depends on your financial institution's processing time. This is beyond the control of us.
